The prophetic perfect tense consists of... well, let’s summarize it as talking to yourselef about things as if it was already gone through them—as if they are already fixed.
The idea of the therapy, is to move from a wish, a dream, or a simple motivation, to an accomplished event—an identity point. Apparently, this reinforces self-efficacy and lowers the anxiety caused by life's uncertainties.
Anyway, I loved the concept and wanted to share it.
